+ Costing Overview

  • Flights: A $100.00 booking fee per ticket is incurred for commercial aviation. This includes sourcing & booking the best flight options and providing 24/7 domestic and international flight support.

  • Consulting Fee: Our initial consulting fee starts at $350.00 and increases based on the scope of the trip. This includes all services and is advised and charged at the beginning of the planning process. There are no other hidden costs or charges as our business is supported by commission paid by our industry partners. This fee is simply meant to ensure we are spending time on clients that are committed to booking.

  • Changes and Cancellations: In the event the client decides to cancel a trip after it has been booked, please inform us in writing of such cancellation. We will, if requested, assist with such cancellation subject to all applicable restrictions from our partners. The client will be responsible for all applicable cancellation costs, charges or fees. We may impose a cancellation fee of at least $250, with the understanding that such cancellations may negatively affect our relationship with third parties associated with the trip.

  • Budget: We do not have a minimum budget as we believe the world should be accessible to everyone. However, we will only plan trips that maintain our rigorous standards. We're happy to give pointers and suggestions even if we aren't able to make it work.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by wire transfer and credit card. Bank charges and credit card fees are the responsibility of the client.

+ Booking Options

We require that all clients book hotels through us to ensure quality. This also allows us to advocate on your behalf for upgrades and VIP amenities. We will not assist on an itinerary where you have booked hotels on your own.

We cannot help with any other bookings made directly by the client. These bookings are made at client's discretion and luxe & nyx has no liability or responsibility for bookings made outside our supplier channels.

We are also happy and able to book villas, private homes and apartments, yachts, and any other outside the box ideas! Let's get creative!
