After the initial phone call, we will begin building the itinerary from the ground up… brick by brick. This includes researching and developing a plan unique to you - no two itineraries are the same!

We will present the itinerary to you - taking you through it step by step. Based on your feedback, we will make tweaks as necessary.
DETAILS CREATE THE BIG PICTURE
Once everything is up to snuff, we will move forward confirming the details - large and small - including airline tickets, hotel reservations, private transfers, and restaurant & spa reservations Approximately one month prior to travel we will reconfirm all the details and present you with your final itinerary and documents.
